From organising match days to managing teams and everything in between, our volunteers are the heartbeat of the club — working behind the scenes all year round to keep things running smoothly.

  • Glenn Wallace - MVFC President

    Glenn Wallace - MVFC President

    As Club President, I’m responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term direction of Moss Vale Football Club.

    I’ve been proud to be part of MVFC for several years, both on and off the field, and currently play in our All Age Men’s PL1 squad.

    Working alongside our dedicated committee, volunteers, and members, I’m passionate about helping the club grow in a way that truly reflects the needs and values of our community.

    I’m always on the lookout for ways we can improve the club experience—for players, families, and supporters—and I’m committed to seeing those ideas brought to life.

  • Sarah Aylmore - MVFC Vice President & Registrar

    Sarah Aylmore - MVFC Vice President & Registrar

    As Vice President, I support the President and the broader club leadership by contributing to various operational aspects of the club.

    My responsibilities include attending meetings, representing the club in official capacities, and helping to manage the day-to-day functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    In my role as Registrar, I oversee all player, coach, and volunteer registrations with the appropriate football governing bodies. I ensure that records are accurate and up to date, and I manage all registration-related communications to keep everyone informed and compliant.

    Lachlan Smith - MVFC Treasurer

    As Treasurer, I oversee the Club’s financial operations while working closely with members, volunteers, and the committee to support the Club’s growth and continuous improvement.


    My responsibilities range from managing finances and running meetings to liaising with sponsors, assisting on game days, and being available to support our members whenever needed.

    As Club Secretaries, we serve as the key administrative officers responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the club.

    Acting as a central point of contact for communication and information, we manage non-financial records, handle correspondence, and help ensure meetings are well-organized and productive.

    We also play a vital role in maintaining club documentation, overseeing compliance, and liaising with various stakeholders. In addition to our secretarial duties, we assist the Registrar with player registrations and help coordinate both the Winter and Summer seasons. We're also responsible for ordering team uniforms, merchandise, and training equipment to keep our teams game-day ready.

    Cammie Ewan - MVFC Member Protection Information Officer

    Meet Cammie, a familiar face around Moss Vale and our clubs 2025 Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO).

    MPIOS are an integral part of all levels of Australia sport, especially grassroots sport. MPIOs are there to listen to issues raised by members of any sport before triaging and referring them to the right place to find a resolution. The MPIO is responsible for providing information about a person's rights, responsibilities and options to an individual making a complaint or raising a concern, as well as
    information support during the process.

    MPIOs don't handle complaints or investigate grievances, MPIOs are an impartial party who are there to help guide people in the right direction.

  • Catherine Webster - Canteen Coordinator

    Catherine Webster - Canteen Coordinator

    As Canteen Coordinator, I manage the planning, stocking, and smooth day-to-day operation of our club canteen.

    My role involves ordering and organising supplies, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring our volunteers are supported and rostered effectively.

    The canteen is a vital part of our club’s community spirit and fundraising efforts, and I work closely with other volunteers to create a welcoming, efficient, and friendly service for players, families, and visitors on game days.
